Slowdown with Sentinel products retrieval

In the past few days we have been experiencing an unexpected slowdown associated with the retrieval of new Sentinels products. As a consequence, there is a delay in their publication on the ONDA Catalogue. We are currently working on the issue and will promptly publish relevant updates as soon as possible.

ONDA Catalogue restored to nominal operations

The incident causing a slowdown on the ONDA Catalogue has been solved. The service has restored its nominal operations since 14 February 2022 at 12.00 CET, and the delay in the publication of new products has also been fully recovered.
We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused to your activities.

ONDA Catalogue unexpected slowdown

Since 10 February 2022 at 12.00 CET we have been experiencing an unexpected slowdown in ONDA Catalogue. As a consequence, service performances degradation and publication delay might occasionally occur.

Sentinel data retrieval delay fully recovered

Following the incident in the retrieval of Sentinels products, users are informed that we fully recovered the delay in the publication of those products on ONDA Catalogue since 22 October 2021, and thus the service has been restored to its nominal performances. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused to your activities.

OVHcloud-ONDA Hackathon: the winning teams

The OVHcloud-ONDA Hackathon took place during the ESA Φ-Week on 11-15 October. The Hackathon called for new ideas on how space big data serve the society and contribute to the economy growth, in line with the Phi-Week objectives.

We are experiencing an unexpected slowdown associated with the retrieval of new Sentinels products. As a consequence, there is an increasing delay in their publication on ONDA Catalogue. We are currently working on the issue and will promptly publish relevant updates as soon as possible.

Unscheduled Downtime

Due to a network issue during a OVHcloud maintenance, the ONDA Services have not been reachable on 13 October 2021 from 9:20 am to 10:22 am CEST.
All services are back to nominal operation. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to the users.
