Transition to the new ONDA User Portal

The new ONDA User Portal, launched on 24 September 2020, includes enhanced features and an improved user experience.

The legacy ONDA User Portal will be accessible to existing users until 24 November 2020.

The new ONDA User Portal not only features an improved design and a simplified user experience, but also contains additional features for accessing the ONDA Cloud Resources.

We have expanded the list of available Cloud Resources and added the functionality for all users to access and manage the Virtual Machines through the ONDA Horizon Cloud Web Portal, which is based on the OpenStack software.

When accessing the new ONDA User Portal, new and existing users will be able to select the type of preferred plan for using the ONDA Cloud Resources.

  • Our Premium Plan will allow our users to choose amongst a list of complex network infrastructures and powerful instances, benefit from high-level technical support for managing the ONDA Cloud Resources through a dedicated Service Desk and set up a customised payment plan. More details here.
  • Our Standard Plan will allow our users to choose amongst a set of standard Virtual Machines, manage them autonomously and perform payments by recharging the ONDA Wallet. More details here.

Users who already have an account will be able to login with their existing credentials to both the legacy and the new User Portals.
Your Profile and fiscal information (if any) have both been transferred to the new ONDA User Portal.

Access to the legacy ONDA User Portal will be available until 24 November 2020.

If you have forgotten your ONDA User Portal password and therefore need to reset it, please note that the password change is not synchronised between the two ONDA User Portals (legacy and new).

Please note that the new ONDA User Portal user credentials are used for the authentication of the Download service from the Catalogue.
Where necessary, you only need to reset your password on the new ONDA User Portal, by clicking the Forgot Password?

If you use the ONDA account to download products from the ONDA Catalogue and wish to edit your Profile information or change your password, we invite you to login to the new ONDA User Portal and familiarize with the improved design. There is no need for you to keep accessing the legacy ONDA User Portal.

If you use the ONDA account to manage your existing Cloud Resources, you can keep using the Virtual Machine(s) you created through the legacy ONDA User Portal until 24 November 2020, and recharge your Wallet in the legacy User Portal as needed.

If you want to upgrade to the Premium Plan:

  1. Login to the new ONDA User Portal
  2. Click on My Cloud
  3. Select the Premium Plan
  4. You will be in contact with our Service Desk to agree our service based on your requirements.

If you use the ONDA account to manage your existing Cloud Resources, you can keep using the Virtual Machine(s) you created through the legacy ONDA User Portal until 24 November 2020, and recharge your Wallet in the legacy User Portal as needed.

If you want to select the Standard Plan:

  1. Login to the new ONDA User Portal
  2. Click on My Cloud
  3. Select the Standard Plan
  4. Recharge your Wallet
  5. Create your ONDA Cloud Resources from the ONDA Horizon Cloud Web Portal following the instructions that will be communicated by email
  6. Transfer your applications from the old Virtual Machine(s) to the new one(s)
  7. Delete your Virtual Machine(s) on the old ONDA User Portal
  8. Any remaining credit on the Wallet on the legacy ONDA User Portal will be transferred to the Wallet on the new ONDA User Portal on 24 November 2020 when the legacy User Portal is dismissed, or before that date on request.

All new registrations will only be possible on the new ONDA User Portal.
