Slowdown with Sentinel products retrieval

We are experiencing an unexpected slowdown associated with the retrieval of new Sentinels products. As a consequence, there is an increasing delay in their publication on ONDA Catalogue. We are currently working on the issue and will promptly publish relevant updates as soon as possible.

Unscheduled Downtime

Due to a network issue during a OVHcloud maintenance, the ONDA Services have not been reachable on 13 October 2021 from 9:20 am to 10:22 am CEST.
All services are back to nominal operation. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to the users.

Updates on major incident at OVHcloud infrastructure

21 May 2021 
The migration of data from the secondary ONDA Catalogue to the primary one, including products from 10 March to 13 April 2021, has been completed.
Thus, the primary ONDA Catalogue is providing again access to the complete ONDA data offer.
The secondary ONDA Catalogue will be dismissed on 25 May 2021.
 
15 April 2021
The ONDA View service has been restored and is now available to ONDA users.
The ONDA Advanced API (ENS) service, previously limited to products published since 19 March 2021, is now supporting the access to the complete data offer, as published [...]

During this maintenance window, interruptions in the ONDA Catalogue services might occasionally occur.

Cloud Archive back to nominal performances

The incident leading to an unexpected slowdown in products restoration from the ONDA Cloud Archive, has been fixed on 27 November 2020 and the service has been restored to its nominal performances. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused to your activities.

Cloud Archive unexpected slowdown

Since 26 November 2020 at 12.00 CEST we have been experiencing an unexpected slowdown associated with products restoration from the ONDA Cloud Archive.
As a consequence, users might experience a delay of several hours when ordering products that are stored on the ONDA Cloud Archive.
We are currently working on the issue and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to your activities.
 

Dismissal of legacy User Portal

Further to the launch of the new ONDA User Portal last 24 September, as already communicated the legacy User Portal is being dismissed today, 24 November 2020.
As from now, users will therefore only be able to access our new User Portal:

if you have already created an account, please Login to the new User Portal using the same credentials as the legacy User Portal
if you are a new user, please Register

Launch of our New User Portal

As part of our continuous effort to provide our users with the best possible service, ONDA is pleased to announce the launch of our New User Portal.
The new platform will improve the service we offer to our customers by increasing usability and ease of access to information.
Access to the ONDA User Portal is available on all pages of the ONDA Web Portal through the LOGIN link.

ONDA User Portal Maintenance

Maintenance activities are scheduled on Thursday 24 September 2020 from 10:00 until 14:00 CEST.
During this maintenance window, the following functions may be unavailable from time to time:

Download and Order from the ONDA Catalogue
Login and Register to the ONDA User Portal

Users who have bought Cloud resources can access them nominally.

Access to Advanced API (ENS) in Legacy mode only

Further to our previous communication on the Access to Advanced API exclusively in Legacy mode, we confirm that as from today, 16 June 2020, access to products through the Advanced API (ENS - Elastic Node Server) is only available in the “Legacy mode”,  that is accessing data in their original product format.
 The possibility to access to products in the custom ENS format has therefore been disabled.
