Users whose requirements vary from the standard offer or who need support for managing the ONDA Cloud Resources through the ONDA Horizon Cloud Web Portal have the possibility to activate the Premium plan by filling in the Contact Us form.
The Premium plan includes the following services:
- Payment agreement for the Cloud Resources on the basis of the user’s needs
- More complex network infrastructures and more powerful instances on the basis of the user’s requirements: users have the possibility to choose the premium Virtual Machines models which are highlighted as on the Cloud Resources Prices page
- High-level technical support through a dedicated Service Desk for troubleshooting and investigations
For Premium users, there is an overcharge on the prices shown on the Cloud Resources Prices page, due to the additional services included in this plan.

Payment modes are agreed at activation of the Premium plan on the basis of the user’s requirements.
Invoices for payments are sent as agreed at activation of the Premium plan.

- Your request will be registered and you will be redirected to the Contact Us form where you can specify your requirements
- You will then be contacted by the ONDA Sales team to define and further discuss your needs
Access Cloud Resources
All relevant details for access to the chosen ONDA Cloud Resources through the ONDA Horizon Cloud Web Portal will be communicated by email.
Users wishing to use a free Custom Template should Contact Us before creating the Cloud Resources.
